1. Who We Are

Towing Limit Pro is operated by RaveCode Solutions Inc. (“we”, “us”). This policy covers our iPhone app, the website towinglimitpro.com and pay.towinglimitpro.com, our free checklist, our paid products (such as the Tow Day Command Kit), and our emails.

2. Information We Collect

• App: anonymous usage and device data via Firebase Analytics. Your truck and RV profiles and calculations are stored on your device, and stay there unless you include them in an AI help question (see below).
• Website and checkout: when you download a free checklist, buy a product, or contact us, we collect your name, email address, and the details you send us. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your name, email, billing ZIP/country, and the last four digits and brand of your card, and we never see or store your full card number.
• Website analytics: we use Google Analytics and similar cookies to understand site traffic and purchases.
• Optional AI help in the app: if you choose to use AI help, the questions you type, and any details you include in them (for example vehicle or trailer details), are sent to OpenAI to generate an answer. This happens only when you use AI help. OpenAI handles that data under its own terms and privacy policy.

Purchases made inside the app are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details for those purchases.

3. How We Use It

To deliver your download or purchase, send receipts and product emails, provide support, prevent fraud, improve the app and site, and, if you signed up or bought, send you marketing emails (see Marketing Emails and Newsletter below).

4. Marketing Emails and Newsletter

If you request our free checklist or buy a product, we will add your email address to our email list and may send you tips, product updates, and offers about Towing Limit Pro and related RaveCode Solutions products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link in any email or by emailing orders@mail.towinglimitpro.com; we will stop within 10 business days. Transactional emails (receipts, download links, support replies) may still be sent after you unsubscribe. We do not sell your email address.

5. Service Providers

We share data only with providers that help us operate: GoHighLevel (customer records, email delivery, checkout pages), Stripe (payment processing), Google (Firebase and Analytics), OpenAI (answers for the optional AI help in the app), and our website hosting provider. OpenAI receives the questions you type into AI help, and any details you include, only when you use AI help, and handles them under its own terms and privacy policy. Our other providers may use your data only to serve us. We may also disclose information if required by law. We do not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

6. Cookies

Our sites use cookies for analytics and checkout. You can block cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work.

7. Retention

We keep customer and email-list records while your relationship with us is active and as needed for tax, accounting, and legal purposes, then delete or anonymize them.

8. Your Rights

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal information, or to opt out of marketing, by emailing orders@mail.towinglimitpro.com. Residents of California and other US states with privacy laws have these rights under applicable law; we will not discriminate against you for using them. App data stored only on your device can be deleted by removing the app.

9. Children

Our products are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Security

We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.

11. Changes

We will post updates here with a new effective date.
